Fast Visa Consult accepts no liability for refusals, delays, cancellations, penalties, or losses caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late, fraudulent, or misleading information or documentation provided by the client.
All service fees will be outlined in your individual client agreement, invoice, or quotation before work begins. A non-refundable consultation, registration, or service fee may apply depending on the nature of the service.
Any remaining service fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Visa application fees, embassy fees, consulate fees, biometric fees, appointment fees, priority service fees, translation fees, courier fees, or any third-party charges are separate from our service fees and are usually non-refundable once paid.
We may accept payment by bank transfer, debit or credit card, online payment method, or any other method agreed with the client. Fast Visa Consult reserves the right to pause or stop work on an application if agreed payments are not received on time.
Visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by government authorities, embassies, consulates, the UK Home Office, or other relevant immigration bodies. While Fast Visa Consult aims to prepare strong, complete, and well-organised applications, we cannot and do not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, appointment availability, processing times, or a successful outcome.
No employee, advisor, consultant, agent, or representative of Fast Visa Consult is authorised to promise, guarantee, or imply that an application will be approved.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents provided to Fast Visa Consult are accurate, complete, valid, and up to date. We may request additional documents or clarification where necessary, but the final responsibility for the accuracy and authenticity of all submitted information remains with the client.
Fast Visa Consult will handle client information with care and confidentiality. However, clients acknowledge that some information may need to be shared with relevant authorities, visa application centres, embassies, consulates, translators, appointment providers, or other third parties where necessary for the application process.
Processing Times & Delays
Estimated processing times are provided for general guidance only and may vary depending on the visa category, destination country, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, seasonal demand, security checks, missing documents, or factors outside our control.
Fast Visa Consult is not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, visa centres, embassies, consulates, courier services, appointment availability, public holidays, technical issues, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Cancellation & Refunds
Any cancellation or refund request will be considered according to the service agreement provided to the client. Consultation fees, registration fees, and work already completed are generally non-refundable.
Once work has started on document review, form preparation, cover letter drafting, application guidance, appointment support, or any other agreed service, Fast Visa Consult reserves the right to retain fees for the work completed.
Third-party fees, including embassy fees, consulate fees, visa application centre fees, biometric fees, translation fees, appointment fees, courier fees, and priority processing fees, are not controlled by Fast Visa Consult and are usually non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, documents, checklists, templates, guides, and other materials, is the property of Fast Visa Consult unless otherwise stated.
